On vacation this week, but managed 1 swim workout before leaving. Since there is a gym at the resort next to where we are staying (and we can use it) I was able to get in the 4 run workouts that are week 2 of my 10 week training program (for a 10K).
We are 'self catered' but have been out to eat as well. Great seafood and vegetarian options! No gastro problems all week!
To keep me motivated, I ask DH to take a beach shot when we vacation. I put the date, my measurements, and my weight on the back of the picture and keep it with my fitness diary.
For the record, 5ft 7.5, 36 - 30 - 38, 148 lbs
