Still not 100% over my head cold, but sick and tired of being sick!
Run x 2 and swim x 1, but half regular distances. Regular bike, and Yoga. Yoga was more 'vigorous' since we had a guest teacher, who led a different style of class.
Signed up for a 10k end of May, and a triathlon (Sprint distance) end of June.
I'm having some gastro problems, so have been careful with food.
