Shedev -Good work on the food and the applications (I know I'd be tempted to overeat when doing something stressful like that)
GF - I'm in the same boat with the weight!
My cardio has taken a severe hit with a knee problem. I'm seeing what we call a physiotherapist (physio for short) and easing back into very gentle running/ walking. I'll try a short cycle tomorrow. Plus stretching and foam rolling.
Since we are in the middle of a heatwave I might not have done much anyway. I stop riding to work when maximums are over 35, and have hardly even walked the extra bit on the way to or home from the bus since it is is so hot.
The PT at the gym suggested I keep a food diary.I'm
pretty embarrassed about how bad it is - you'd think that knowing he was
going to read it I'd be better but I think I was worse than usual!
January is a bad month for us, eating wise, with 2 family birthdays, fish and chips by the ocean, icecreams out etc!!
