I tried out a different yoga class nearby but wasn’t feeling it, so I may end up signing up for a weekly class ‘in the city’ later this month. Angie’s rave reviews, along with the enthusiasm of some of my friends, lead me to believe that the right class is out there.

In the interim, I had a few long cardio sessions, and hit the main muscle groups once. Nothing exciting. It’s been difficult to make it to the gym Thursdays/Fridays through Sundays, resulting in rather lopsided weeks of burnout/rest—hoping to change that this week by getting outside on Sunday morning. Thanks to a Lululemon discount code, my workout and to/from capsule got a serious upgrade, and I’m excited to begin wearing the new items.

I’ve also (re)started the Headspace meditation program and am making it my goal to meditate daily this week. There. Accountability.
