I managed to squeeze in three workouts this past week, one of which included benching 10 triples @ 115lb. It felt like a personal record! For once, bench presses have become my favourite lift. Other highlights include squatting (and failing) reps at 180lbs, and comfortably deadlifting triples at 245lb.

This week's biggest accomplishment, by far, was just making it to the gym--walking out into the cold at much-later-than-ideal hours is more challenging than the workout itself. It might be motivation that gets you to begin a new program, but it's determination that keeps you from stopping.

Foodwise, the week was a bit of a cupcake blur.
