A nasty cold has set me back the past week, so I’ve generally been avoiding the gym and sticking to walking.

My goals this past week were to earn the Apple New Year’s badge, and to make inroads in the Strava Lululemon 40/80km challenge. For the latter, you have two weeks to complete either goal, but it has to be done outside—no treadmills! Because of the blizzard, the roads and sidewalks were in bad shape, so I’m hoping to put in 25km this week.
