Not sure if I am late for this post, or too early for the next...6 days/7 for workouts. DS #2 (and trainer) is insisting that I keep an exercise log.
18-24Jan - 2 bikes, 1 run, 2 weight routine, 1 yoga.
25-31Jan - 2 bikes, 1 run, 2 yoga, 2 weights (1 double-up day)
Weight training and yoga days always start with a 1 mile run for warm-up, but I don't count them as a separate workout unit. I have been working out in the pm, but not getting in my noon hour runs due to work demands (working through lunch, eating at the desk). Hope to rectify that this week, along with getting in a swim.
Weight and food all good. Wine on Sat and Sun only. Caffeine http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....and-jacket cups per day. Have managed 2 Epsom salt soaks (magnesium anyone?) each week. Keep forgetting the multivitamins, though.
