Like Xtabay I should have switched my brain back to healthy eating, and hopefully today is the day. I had 5 days in a row off, which was wonderful, but I have very little self control over eating when I'm at home, and yesterday, when I finally did the far-to-long procrastinated task of cleaning out my accumulated paperwork was particularly heavy on rewarding myself with food treats! My weight isn't too bad though, and I'm hoping going to work today and tomorrow will help (like Shedev, I eat gluten free, so most of the free food at work is off limits to me)
I had grand plans of doing lots of running on my break, particularly since my gym in closed. I managed 2 weights workouts and a spin class last week while still working, but have done little since. A run with DD7 was more like a walk, and I did have a leisurely bike ride with DD9. My left leg was rather sore so I was giving it a break, and also chose to sleep in when I could.
In our very hot weather, if you don't exercise first thing in the morning, it just isn't going to happen, and as I often wake up much earlier than I want to, the days I do sleep in are precious.
