Heh! Heh! Not so bad week nutrition wise, but certainly not the best! I decided that if I was going to 'indulge' I wouldn't feel compelled to eat good food first - cut to the chase, breakfast today was chocolate birthday cake! (DS#2 was a Christmas baby (the 27th).). This was our only 'desert' during the holidays, though I did put out a plate of cookies, chocolate, and nuts each night for folks who felt in need of a treat.
Getting lots of rest and sleeping in. Walks for fresh air, but nothing too vigorous. I'm enjoying the week off from work, and from the usual routine.
The race event schedules are coming out and I'm making my plans for the summer. Usually one event per month May through October.
