This week has been so busy that workouts have been bad. Yesterday was our work Christmas party. The only gluten free thing was brownies I made, so no overeating. I was lucky to get a brownie. My coworkers scarfed them down. It was a nice party though. How are your Christmas preparations going? Anybody still having time to work out?
