Shedev I know that situation where you don't get to overeat because most stuff has gluten! My GF brownies are a hit too. I've tried lots of different recipes and they generally work, probably because normal brownies don't have much flour in them anyway. So self controlled to only have one! I always eat way too many while mixing and trimming!
Angie - you've upped your yoga - didn't you used to do 2?
Xtabay - just not drinking may help in itself too. I'm not a big drinker and one reason is that I would rather cut (or cut down, in our case) our alcohol than food, if I had to choose
Diana - hope you stay well
I'm just trying to maintain with weight over the festive period - am being tempted to eat way too much gingerbread!! Need to cut down on evening eating as it has crept in again. I'm pretty much back to my historical normal weight range, if at the higher end of that.
My leg is a little sore since the 10 K I did the weekend before last, so haven't run much (just 5km parkrun on Sat and 4km during last week and none at all this week).
I rode to work yesterday and today, and 2 days last week and did a spin class once each week.
My gym closes down for about 10 days (like many businesses here in Australia) so will try to get one more weights session in (did one on mon) today and then just do running and cycling during the closedown period.
How much to relax, how much to sleep in (if I even can, as I have been waking very early) how much exercise when really the only possible time (outside) in the Australian summer heat, is early in the morning? These are the balancing acts for me to think about over the next little bit!
