Ms. Mary, so happy for you about the bike! I love cycling, it's one of the most enjoyable and liberating activities.
I am slightly down in weight (dairy, say it ain't so), but with a loss of weight came a loss in strength, unfortunately. Managed a single squat at 193.5, and a single deadlift at 281b, but failed at the bench at 132.5. I only did six singles total for the entire workout, when in the past few weeks, I've done upwards of 20. Not sure if it's the stress or the fact that I've scaled back on protein, but I might have to start watching macros again to ensure that I'm hitting my protein target.
