How has your week been?

My exercise has been good - three hard gym sessions, two short runs, one walk and one bike ride. And a lot of gardening!!

Eating and drinking has been okay but not as disciplined as my previous few weeks. I am tired and over winter, and now it is school holidays which is both good and bad.

One healthy habit I have found is sleep - trying to get a decent amount and get up regularly at the same time. My tactic for getting to sleep when I am struggling is deep breathing and/or lists of boring things
- cities in the USA starting with A, B, C
- fruits or vegetables or clothing items starting with A,B.C
- naming all the counties in the UK

It is pretty boring and it does put me to sleep
