4 treadmill runs. Been doing run/walk and gradually lengthening the time between walks. Ready to do a 5k straight run in the coming week. 1 spin and 1 lane swim. Had a 2 hour dental session on Thursday, so no workput that day.
December my goal is to tackle my sleep hygiene. I wake up a couple times a night, but instead of settling back in, I get up and mess around on the computer, or raid the fridge! Last night I woke up twice, but I stayed out of the kitchen, and away from the computer. Just plumped up my pillows and settled back in.
