Hi all. Did well on food this week. I'm having some issues (pain) with dairy right now, and also some issues with sugar. I'm really trying to stop eating things my body is telling me not to eat. I've been gluten free due to Celiacs for a few years now. I have to admit I'm a little stymied as to how I can create a functional nutrition plan with what's left.
I signed up for Precision Nutrition's site, but I haven't yet signed up for the nutrition coaching. I'm a little reluctant to commit to a year of their fees. I'm hoping to receive the materials I ordered before I go all in. I only have till weds to sign up and the their year program starts.
I did look up one of their exercise programs and I will start that tomorrow.
