BC, I sympathise, but please try not to be discouraged. You are doing amazingly well doing all exercise you are undertaking. If your HIIT class is anything like the "indoor cardio" class at our gym, which I can't cope with, you have my empathy!
MsMaven - glad you are getting better!
Shedev - well done
Diana - I can relate to the not eating enough thing - did it yesterday morning. In my case though I'm pretty sure it was carbs I didn't get enough of - after a short run and then riding to work (14.5 km) I had 2 spoons of cottage cheese for breakfast and a HB egg for morning tea - and that for me is NOT enough to feel like I could do well at a weights session at 1pm! Then today I overcompensated - had an egg at home before riding to work, and then some polenta porridge at work - but probably a bit too much of the latter considering I had a spin class at 11am. That wasn't a good workout either.
I'm also worried about my knees. My right knee, which is my stronger one, has been quite painful walking up stairs - just above the knee cap. The left one isn't pain free either. I think I need to go and see a physio.
I have been trying to go sugar free for 4 days - didn't make it on any day, but it did help me cut down.
Weight is around the same.
Excercise wise; last week I did 3 weights sessions, one spin class and one park run (no PBs this week - it was a very hot day)
