As predicted, I wasn't able to squeeze in much gym time in the past two weeks due to holidays and family obligations--that was expected. There were a few occasions where I was simply too tired and either didn't go in, or skipped weights entirely, opting for medium-intensity cardio instead. Right now, I seem to be hitting squats and bench twice per week, deadlifts once per week, and accessory work once or twice.
The past week's highlights include squatting triples at 175lb, deadlifting 250lb, benching 120lb, and using 55lb and 30lb dumbbells for rows and overhead presses respectively.
