A good week, except for Saturday when I went to a party. The food was party food, high calorie, high fat, high salt. At least they had a tray of fresh veggies to munch on--I think I'm the only one who did though, other than DH. And wine, which I admit does serve as a "social lubricant." Mostly I've stayed away from wine since Aug 1.
Change in exercise is good--I'm building up core strength again.
Diana, I've been doing plank again after a few months. My goal is more modest: if I can work up to over a minute I'll be happy.
I've also started doing side planks. Strange to me is that on my left side I can get into the position easily and hold it for a count of up to 15. On the right side I couldn't get up at all at first, and then just barely. I am right handed and I thought my right side would be stronger. Not at all!
Today I am going shopping for a body shaper--I haven't had much luck with them before, but it's been a few years. I'd like something that will smooth out the waist area. If I keep up with side planks it may not be necessary though!
