I hope you don't mind that I am starting the healthy habits thread this week.
I had a good week for food this past week. I set a target of 1200-1500 calories per day and stayed within it all but one day and was under 1600 that day.
I ran twice, golfed twice, and did yoga once. The first golf game was 18 holes on a 34C day with little wind. It was tough work since we don't use a driving cart. We prefer to walk and get more exercise. I checked the listings for calories per activity and it was around 800 calories for the 3.5 hours.
My weight is down 3.4 lbs but some of that will be fluid. I am very happy with the result and am trying to only weigh once or twice a week.
My goal this week is to run twice, and incorporate activity into at least two more days.
