Hi everyone! How was your week?
When I made my goals last week, I somehow managed to forget about my vacation. Oopps. So, I only made half of my workouts. This week, I'll simply try again. I also finally get to see the neurologist this week, so hopefully soon I'll have some answers and better ideas for what I can do about my headaches and migraines.
