A slow week for me! Only two weightlifting workouts, the first of which involved repulling the back--ugh. I'm moving and traveling this week and next, and don't anticipate getting to the gym.
Silver lining: I'm still able to do sets of 3 overhand pull-ups, with a slow and controlled form, and my chin clearing the bar by a few inches.
I tried going for a run yesterday, but walked home after jogging for ten minutes. Too hot, too humid, and I haven't jogged in 2.5 months. Runners, I don't know how you do it. Between bad feet, knees, and back, and hypermobility, I know my goals should be modest, would it would be nice to run an 8min mile effortlessness .
Eating is worse than it has been for a while, but I'm not stressing too much about it at the moment.
