I know my fellow Canadian fabbers will sympathize with me on this one. It's Bay Days at the moment (The Bay's biggest sale of the year) and I wanted to order two items, both of which were on sale. I spent over twenty minutes fiddling with their buggy website until I got things loaded into my shopping cart properly. Next, the webstore tried to charge me full price for the items. Then their live chat didn't work (the window just hung up on the load screen, so I called them on the phone. I waited on hold for half an hour before I finally got through to a very friendly human who processed my order manually. The end.
I still saved time and money in the end, but what a hassle. I honestly cannot believe they're still in business. How long until Nordstrom and Target open?!
