Have you seen a sweater like this in Australia?

I love the look of this sweater in blue (cloud)

Uniqlo have tops in this shape, but they are not sweaters. More like knit T shirts. I have the ones below. Sportscraft often have sweaters in this shape (I got a wine coloured one last year). But I haven't seen a light blue one. I will keep my eye out.

Pretty top Anne! The more fitted style looks fresh, doesn't it?
Uniqlo had some without sleeves but similar in design, I wonder if they might get some in with sleeves as it cools down.

Thanks Brooklyn and Lucy. Yes I agree that the fitted style does look fresh. I think the short sleeves do too. I'm seeing them more on office dresses now too.

I like the fit of the Uniqlo top, Brooklyn, though it was the blue that really appealed to me about the Ezibuy one. Uniqlo is coming to my city some time and I will certainly be checking it out.

Lucy think you are right about more sleeved stuff coming in later. Do keep me in mind if you happen to see it!

Is it worth trying the one you show just in case?
The stretchy material might give a closer fit than you envisage.

Just to let you know, Anne, that the gorgeous model shown is around 6 foot tall. I get the catalogues from Ezibuy and they said once. I haven't seen the top but if near their shop I could look at it for you.

Hi Lyn,

I might in the end, but did want to see if B &M shops had any - I hadn't really looked , but just thought YLF with its more frequent shoppers than me might have happened to see them. It isn't urgent .

I have found some items from Capture are too big, even when I have bought the largest size, and some - not all - of the comments bore this out. Also it was listed as semi-fitted, which leads me to think that it may have been pinned (I think this has happened to me before too)

Don't go to any trouble but if you do happen to be in the shop I'd appreciate any feedback.

A few people in the comments said if was too long and your comment about the model height makes me wonder if length is an issue. I'm only 5'4 and I wouldn't mind it being shorter than it is on the model so I could wear it with skirts.

Hi Anne, I did see some tops in this colour at Metalicus and their web site is offline, so I can't check to see if there is anything similar in their summer sale. I will keep my eyes out for something similar. It is a very pretty top.

Just bumping this in case anyone has seen anything since.
I"ve noted now that someone in the ezibuy comments has mentioned that it is grey, not blue (I don't go for grey) and also note that XS is sold out and S is on wait list. So I won't be getting that one.

I have started to look around the shops but haven't found anything myself.

Bijou I have been forgetting to look in to Metallicus but looks like the website is up. Is this the one you meant ?

Hi Anne, the top that I saw in Metallicus was like this one layered under the slip dress (same colour). They also had a number of their basic tops - the 3/4 sleeve top caught my eye in the blue (a black one is on their web site). Unfortunately both of these were summer stock. Given you are looking for a knit, you are probably looking for something with a more substantial weight. I like Metallicus tops as layering pieces, when worn on their own they can be rather unforgiving because they are so stretchy.

Jane, just as a warning if you're tempted to order from the US, Talbots clothes run huge.

To add to Andrea's warning, Talbot petites are short on me and I am 5'3" with a short torso. Talbot regular sizes are too big in the bust for me.

Anne, style 111190 is in XS in the same colour from Ezibuy with long sleeve and roll neck, just FYI.
