I saw this on a video by a YouTuber "influencer" I follow. She added it into smoothies for the protein.

I used to make smoothies but developed a real aversion to the protein powder I was using (Garden of Life or something like that). I can't do milk products so all the whey ones are out. It seems like all the vegan ones are based on pea protein and they are all about like the one I came to dislike...they are all fairly yuck. And so many contain stevia, a taste I also really hate.

So, I'm intrigued about the egg white idea. She said it was tasteless. If you've tried this, what do you think? Can you really not taste it? What about any added texture?
