Have I found my hot weather dress?

This ticks all my boxes (sleeveless, natural fabric, woven, no waist details) and I know this colour looks good on me - but does it look okay?

I have poison eye for those ruffle hemlines Anne so it's hard for me to be objective. I noticed the dress is lined will that make it too hot?

The orange looks Summery.

Caro it says 100 % cotton so I am presuming the lining is cotton which would be ok.

Hi Anne, I'm going to be a complete spanner! I do find this look dated.. Sorry. But it's a style that seems to be available each summer, so maybe it's one of those classic styles that remains constant. It is very pretty however. You are younger than me so the things here that wouldn't work for me (ruffle at hem in particular and seam under the bust) will probably work better on you.
