Has anyone tried this boot?

Hi Ladies,
I am looking for a classic riding boot in a neutral color which would go with most things. What do you think of this? I love it in the taupe color, but not sure if it will be difficult to match.

Any thoughts?

Nice boots, and the taupe color is really pretty!

I think that would be a great neutral color. It wouldn't have to actually match anything, but it should go with lots of different colors.

The taupe is a great neutral and excellent to jeans and tights. I would go for it.

What color hair do you have? If it's dark, taupe can be a bit more challenging, in that it won't automatically "bookend" as well. You can still wear it though, as long as you incorporate something lighter in the upper part of your outfit, like a jacket, shirt or scarf. I have this challenge, as my hair is quite dark, but I love certain taupes!

If your hair is lighter, you're good to go!

Thank you all for your comments. Tarzy, your comment got me thinking. I have black hair, so this might make it harder for me to bookend the boots. Maybe I should go for the chestnut color!

The shaft is high and the circumference is narrow. How tall are you and what is your calf circumference?

It's a sharp boot. Love the cognac color.

I'm about 5'6" and have narrow legs and calves. I was wondering about the shaft height too, modgrl!
