I wouldn't necessarily say juniors' sizing, but designer.
It's a cool concept, but given the prices I'm a bit worried about quality. Definitely some interesting designs.

According to the ladies at the reddit fashion forum, it's pretty poor quality, the shipping is really slow (it all comes from Asia) and the sizing runs very small. Apparently they often use designer photos and then knock them off, so the photo isn't always of the actual item you get.

Honestly it looks like another Asian fast fashion site to me. Which would explain the small sizing and slow shipping. The concept is interesting but I'm skeptical. somehow I doubt that serious designers would want to be associated.
