I like this. The red is a great color and I like the charcoal too. Would this be casual wear for you?

I did not look at this particular sweater, but I went recently. I tried on a bunch of tops and sweaters, and the sizing seemed to run a bit big. The XS ones seemed to fit in the shoulders but be tight in the body, S would fit in the body but be tight in the shoulders on me. This may be good for you, since your shoulders are different, though!
