Has anyone seen these microchecks at American Eagle?

I saw these online a few days ago, and I was wondering if anyone's seen them in person, or tried them on:

I love cotton work pants (no denim at my office), so I think I'll keep an eye out for these.

I'll keep an eye out for those when we go back to school shopping for DD's. AE pants seem to have an awfully short rise though--have you tried them before?

I haven't seen them, but I am intrigued! I don't think I've ever shopped at AE before because it always seems to be overrun with such a young crowd. But those pants might just pull me in.
