Wondering if anyone has seen the Halogen pleated navy midi skirt in person (Find attached). I held off ordering it the first time around, but I'm still thinking about it... I would probably hem a few inches to just below or at the knee. But I'm wondering how the fabric feels, the fit, whether the pleats would actually survive sitting and machine washing WITHOUT ironing?
