Has anyone seen the Gap white embroidered GF jeans?

I need a pair of white jeans for spring/summer and these are ridiculously cheap right now, although final sale. Ends today, of course. $31 minus 40%! White-on-white embroidery. I'm not hugely into embroidery but wonder if this could actually be interesting/nice. I like the Gap GF fit. Hmmmm. Any help out there?

Huh. These are interesting. I'm distracted by the styling though, which is odd. Anyways, I am a big fan of their girlfriend fit too - I say go for it. I haven't made up my mind about embroidery either - but lean toward "no", personally. But again, who asked me? lol.

I'm still on the fence. It's just, the fit I like, and white, for that price! But then again, sale goggles.

And the jeans are too tight on her. The whole thing is annoying. Surely GAP has plain white gf's too? Or just not on sale?

Cover up the shoes with your finger and the jeans look good! Embroidery on pants is not my thing either, but white-on-white could have an appealingly frosty texture. I love the GF fit and lightness of fabric--find myself reaching for my light gray ones more than any other jeans. At that price, I'd go for them.

I have a pair of gap white girlfriend jeans from either last year or the year before. Not this pair. I got in tall, because otherwise would have been snug through my lower calf and rather short. I find the waist on this style pretty wide/loose, more befitting an apple shape. Again, can't speak to this pair specifically. Make sure to get the smaller of any size you may be between. I actually duplicated at a crazy low price on a sale similar to this. I want to say it ended up less than $15 for mine.

I just received them. I had some credits expiring so I went for it. I really like them. I am similar to you in size (5'5" size 4 in JCrew Teddie pants) and took a 4 in these. They fit nicely. The embroidery is tasteful and discrete, just enough for me in a white jean. The material feels nice.

Tulle/Delurked/Crst: Thanks for posting!!! Crst, I'm so glad to hear about your experience in particular. I just ordered so we will see how they work out - but so inexpensive that I really feel okay about it. Not that I have money to burn but if they don't work I can consign them, I'm sure. Still, I am optimistic they will be good enough for the full season!

Lisap: the regular GFs were not as discounted and I need to slow down my spending (even though I am purchasing these with a health insurance rewards card!).
