Thanks, Debora! That was really nice of you! It was funny, I had called (3rd time) just before I posted and left a polite, but disgusted voice message and a hour after that the pkg arrived! Plus the next day I had a somewhat rude email message saying that I *had* received it...but they never changed the status on my order on the website! Was still 'processing' last time I looked! lol....Unfortunately the shoes didnt fit, so back they went....WC are a good quality brand, but I'll stick with ordering them thru Zappos if I get them again....
