Has anyone ordered from 6pm.com?

I've been tempted but have never succombed. I pretty much always order from vipzappos.com, as I find it royally annoying to have to pay for return shipping.

I just ordered a pair of shoes that I will be returning & yes I have to pay for return shipping so it won't be cheap on a box. Because of that cost, I will only order from Zappos, Nordstrom, etc. who have free return shipping.

I buy from them quite regularly, but always stick to a shoe and/or brand I know well. (have tried on IRL) I have had good customer service - one pair of shoes lost it's decorative button after one wear (Madden Girl) and they sent me a return ticket along with refunding me immediately. Because of the amount of shoes I've purchased and the great deals I've gotten I factor the return cost into the deal. I've only returned 2 items so far and they cost $6 and $8 respectively.
I've not dabbled too much in their clothing as it seems pricey most times. Do note that if you put items in your shopping cart the prices change all the time with no notice.

Well it was annoying enough for me that I wouldn't do it again. I don't really mind paying for return shipping but I don't like having to go to the post office. When items have a return label, they can be picked up in my building. 6pm doesn't have this and I have to wait in line at the PO. Makes the whole process not worth it to me.

6pm is run by Zappos, so their service is great. Returns are easy, and they credit you back in a timely manner. I've ordered some shoes and my agate dress from there.

However, they are not the *same* as Zappos, so you do have to pay for your return shipping. Also, they don't list all the customer reviews, so you have to hunt reviews down on your own. The upside is that their prices are lower, because it's the stuff being blown out.

Yes, you do have to pay for return shipping but I build that cost into my purchase price. I have found that 6pm is good for finding styles that you remember from last year and want this year. The 30 day return policy is hard and I was busted by it once when time slipped away from me before I could get to the post office before the deadline. But if you find a style that you want, the prices are great.

I have ordered from them. If the price is right, I don't mind taking a risk on a roughly $8.00 return fee.....(I go to the postoffice at an off time....). They refunded my return promptly.

I've ordered from them a lot. It's a pain to have to get to the post office to mail a return, but overall, I haven't had issues with them. Sometimes the prices just can't be beat!

Ditto what everyone else says. I do order from them sometimes and the service is good, but the returns are a little annoying. I don't mind paying but would prefer a flat fee + prepaid label for convenience.

As mentioned, 6pm and Zappos are owned by the same people. 6pm is essentially Zappos discount site, which is why they don't offer the free returns. Their prices are often better than Zappos, and sometimes items are listed on both sites, but often by the time something goes to 6pm it is out-of-season or has limited sizes and is hard to find on other sites. I prefer Zappos to 6pm, although I have ordered from both without issue. And 6pm has great service and will offer free return shipping if an item is not-as-described or damaged.
