Edit I know the heeled clog look is in but there is no way I could walk in 4inch + clogs x

Louise, I must admit that when I saw your subject line I was not hopeful since I'm not a huge fan of either harem pants or clogs. I was pleasantly surprised, though! Those pants are very nice and no, they do not make you look big. The clogs do look a bit stark in the pure white color. What are your thoughts when you wear them?

I'm wondering if you could add touches of white in your outfit as st4grrl (Amanda) was saying on Michelle's thread about white sandals? Might make the white seem more integral to the outfit.

I never thought I would say this ('cause I'm not really into the idea of harem pants), but they look REALLY good on you! I prefer the picture with the top untucked though.

I do like the clogs, but I think they need to be tied into the outfit somehow at the moment they are a bit stark. Being ultra conservative me, I can envisage them looking really cute peeking out from under jeans with a cute top. Have you tried them with your white skirt (you did a nice WiW with a pretty purple top and white skirt if I remember correctly)?

They look good, and no, you do not look too big. I like the top untucked and you can try the vest over the untucked top as well.

White clogs do look heavy. You can try the previous suggestions to add more white but I think they still may be heavy looking. Clogs are heavy looking in any color and white just exaggerates that.
Recently I dyed my shoes another color successfully with a can of shoe dye. You can try the same with these clogs if everything else fails

OK, after all these recent harem pants pics I am really starting to warm up to them. I think they look fine on you. Are you comfy in them? I like the first photo with the top untucked.

I don't think the white clogs work with this outfit, but you have some great suggestions from others on other ways to try them out.

Those harem pants are great. Your bum doesn't look big at all in them. In fact, they fit you really, really well! I like the tucked top because it shows the waist of the pants. I'm not a fan of the white clogs, but I think they just need a different outfit to funk them up. I'm curious to see some other outfits paired with them. I say keep both items and enjoy experimenting.

I am with many of the other ladies on this, I thought "Oh Louise , not the harem pants ! "

But then I saw them and I thought " Oh Louise, those are some great pants ! "

I am afraid that I do not like the clogs. They remind me of the shoes that nurses wear. Sorry about that.

Why did I think that you didn't like harem pants, Louise? Guess I was mixed up.

They look fabulous! Cute bottom :0). I like them both with a tucked in top and un-tucked top.

My very stylish German friend wears white clogs with jeans and a white shirt or blouse and she looks killer. I'd like to see the clogs with pants, Louise. I really like the clogs actually, but not with the harem pants.

I'm with Angie on this one -- love the harem pants on you! I was admiring how tiny your waist looked The clogs don't work for me with the harem pants. I think you need long pants for those clogs.

I like the clogs but I don't think they work with the harem pants. They are cute and funky. Could you try them with some other pants?

Is it the style or colour of the clogs which prevents them being worn with anything other than trousers? I only ask because I have a grand total of 1 pair of suitable trousers (wide leg jeans, I'm guessing skinnies wouldn't work?) Most of my wardrobe is dresses, skirts and cropped trousers x

Edit If it's the colour that doesn't work what colour would work instead as i've found some shoe dye http://www.timpson.com/shop/c/...../magix-dye and am willing to dye them x

The clogs are not my favorite, but you can work it, I'm sure! But... please... don't use it with the harem pants... it's not a good look...

Love the harem pants on you, Louise! (I am always pleasantly surprised when I like them so much, because I just plain don't like harem pants -- in theory.) I really like thye vest with them - it adds some definition to your top half.

Do you have some bootie sandals to wear with the harems? Because the clogs belong with pants and a white top, like others have said. Or do you have gladiators to try with them? (I can't remember what I have seen on you. . . )

Think I caused a bit of panic I wasn't planning on wearing the clogs with the harem pants it's just they arrived on the same day so I photographed them together! I'm trying them on with eveything I wear for the next couple of days and will post piccies to see if they work with anything x
