Harem Pants

I finally found an inexpensive pair of harem pants to try out.

These bring me back to the good old days, that's for sure! They are longer, but I was able to scrunch them up. They look like the rusched bottom ones that I had seen somewhere else when I do that- and they stay put. Pay no attention to the fact that I have no make up on and haven't styled my hair (and these pics aren't that great anyway- sorry!).

With my nude wedges works for sure (at least that's what I think):

Actually, I can't wait to wear these with my black boots in the fall. I think a woven top might be better- like my chambray shirt.

Definitely with the nude wedges and the jean jacket. Very cute. Very stylish. The necklace is another nice fashion forward touch. I'm not convinced on the flats, but then I am always biased toward heels.

That first outfit is WOW! I love it. I'm not sold on the flats but I think part of that is that the jacket is not in the photos. The extra layer makes the proportions work better with the tucked in shirt. I think I would probably like the sandals with the jacket. (Great sandals.)

Yeah, I am actually considering a sleeveless denim jacket for this purpose. Of course, now that the heat has hit I will have limited opportunities for layering anything. I wonder how my drapey vest would look?

Oh yeah, I understand not wanting to wear a denim jacket in the desert heat! I bet both of those options would look good. I'm so excited for you that you tried these pants. They really look terrific.

I was skeptical when I saw the title, but the pants look awesome on you! I also like the look better with a layered top half and the heels. I don't care for the pants with flats, I think the heel better exaggerates the style of the pants and makes your legs look so lean.

I only got to check the first photo and I love the outfit! I am surprised, but each time one of you stylish ladies posts harem pants - I like them!!

I must say, I love them with the heeled sandals--I never thought harem pants could be so... va-va-voom! With the flats, they're cute, but not as spectacular as with the heels.
I am curious to see what they will look like with boots, and I wonder if this is a trend that will stick around for a while?

Wow! I give a huge thumbs up for the heels + denim jacket outfit, but you already know that it works, Khris. I'm undecided about the flats options, but that's partly because I've been knocked out by the first outfit You look SO good.

I'm not in love with them with the flats, I do think that part of it is the color for me. Do you have a tan or light colored pair of flats?

Hmmm maybe I'm just close-minded, but I'm not convinced. I think all your other recent outfits have been much more figure flattering. These pants just don't measure up, in my book.

I didn't realize those were harem pants when I commented on the blog! Fabulous look for you, especially with the chains and the jean jacket. One of your best looks ever!
