Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate! We are enjoying a classic fall weekend - leaves are turning glorious shades, the produce at the farmers’ market was bounteous, the weather is outstanding. Though I made a turkey dinner with all the fixings, folks are more interested in the leftovers being made into hot turkey sandwiches (with peas and gravy).
