Considering today is Thanksgiving in the U.S., I'd like to do the obvious and show some appreciation.

I am thankful for my family--both immediate and extended. I am blessed to have great relationships with my parents and my inlaws. I am blessed with happy healthy great kids and a loving husband who supports me in every possible way.

I am thankful to live in a country where I can voice my opinion without fear. I am thankful to own a home where my family can feel safe and secure. I am thankful to have a fridge and pantry full of food and to have never known what it felt like to be truly hungry.

I am thankful for the opportunity of education. I am thankful I can read any book I want. I am thankful I can listen to any kind of music at the touch of the button.

I am thankful for my friends who love me, even though they don't have to. I am thankful to have a best friend who is like an extention of myself. I am thankful to my YLF friends who inspire me, and appreciate me for who I am. I am thankful to Angie for sharing her expertise with us, and doing so in such a gracious unassuming way. I have learned a lot more than fashion tips from everyone here. I have learned tact and open-mindedness. I am thankful to Greg for all he does behind the scenes because I know he makes it all possible.

...and I'm thankful for pie...particularly Lemon Meringue pie....

*sniff * (I'm a little emotional this morning and your beautiful thanksgiving message hit a nerve). Thank you for being YOU. We appreciate your fabulous and wise presence in our lives more than you know. (And lemon meringue pie is OUR favourite pie too!)

I am deeply touched by the incredible community that has emerged on YLF. I look forward to logging on each day to “hear” your voices. Your warmth, grace, intelligence and wit enriches my life enormously. This year, I am most grateful for ALL OF YOU. Lots of love, hugs and kisses from me to you.

Nicole, thank you for your post. I love this holiday because it brings the important things back into focus. Wonderful! This forum has a way of bringing style and fashion (and so much more) into focus, too. I love that about it. Oh you guys, what a very, very, nice thing to read on Thanksgiving day. I feel very blessed in my life and for being a part of this YLF forum. I have learned much more than things style related. We are a big family now.

This place is a wonderful cyber family and it is a joy to participate and learn each day. It is the day after TG, but I still wanted to post. Hope everyone had a super wonderful time with friends and family!

I also have absolutely nothing to complain about, and I am truly thankful for everything I have, and everyone that I've met in life.

Add me to the list of people who feels truly thankful for finding this site. Everyone is so supportive and nice. I look forward to reading what is going on in YLF everyday. It is my fun, 'me' time and I am forever hooked.

Thank you Angie and Greg for this site. It hasn't only helped with my style quotient, but it helps me smile and sometimes laugh daily. It is such a positive forum.

I wasn't online at all yesterday, but I hope everyone had a wonderful and lovely Thanksgiving!

I am so thankful for all my friends and family and all the little things in life that I take for granted sometimes.

I just joined YLF a few months ago, and this is such a wonderful site. Thanks to Angie and Greg for all their hard work. Also, thanks to all the wonderful members. I have never before been part of an online community that is so friendly and supportive!
