Things didn't work out as I would have liked for the New Year holiday, as usual, my husband is a manager in retail... so I've gotten quite practiced at adapting. He worked late on new year's ever so we had some snacks and he has to work till 10:00 tonight and also tomorrow night, so I made a boeuf wellington tonight and I am going to eat the '20' part and send him into work tomorrow with the '16' part for dinner. I can't wait to dig in but wanted to share with you all first!
