Thank you Angie and YLFers. Happy birthday to my birthday sisters.
I discovered YLF when I was at a very difficult and painful crossroads in my life, and I credit it as being one of the things that helped save me from myself. I think a community that is essentially about beauty (in the broad sense of the word) is exactly what i needed to feed my soul in a dark time.
I have taken on some study this year and between that and work I cannot find the time I would like to be able to participate more. However, I do read the site every day and love the beautiful and interesting outfit posts and enjoy the insightful musings of a very thoughtful and intelligent group of women.
As a side note, I also think I dress a lot better and feel a lot more comfortable in my clothes than I ever have in my life. My son just bought a camera, so I will attempt to post a birthday WIW some time today.
