Rae, you ROCK big time, and in more ways than one! We adore our Queen Tomboy, Princess Cool, Queen UWP, Queen Rugged Boots, Princess DIY, Queen Fist Pump, Queen SoCal, Queen Cat Print, Queen Denim Short Shorts and Queen Ripped Jeans, who has KILLER style and a heart to match her outer beauty.

Thank you for your extremely meaningful participation on this forum. Yes, you were born with the style gene and of course we all love hearing your style epiphanies and viewpoints! But what I love most about you is your insight, incredible positive, energy and extremely open mind. I always forget that you are still in your 20's because your wisdom and level of emotional intelligence are astounding. Like WOW astounding. The way you deliver your comments and think about things is highly impressive. Always supportive, kind, tactful and astute.

Kirti! You ROCK too and we miss you around here! You share the title with MaryK for Queen Colour, as well as being our Queen Flat Oxfords, Queen Coloured Jeans, Queen Sparkly Eyes, Queen Colgate Smile and Queen Cheeky Jacket. I love your fun and cheerful style! I also love that you found YLF in France, because the global integrity of this community is what makes it so fab. You enrich it for sure.

I also thank you for your wonderful forum participation. Your WIWs always make me grin because your smile is magnetic. It instantly puts me into a good mood - how powerful is that? Rae, you are one of the BEST reasons to be on YLF. Like Angie, I'm continually wowed by your emotional intelligence. And when it comes to your style insights - WOW again. Your clients are SO lucky. Rae, you are simply awesome. I love reading your words as much as I enjoy watching your playful style that pushes the envelope of 'realistic for everyday' and of 'corporate suit'. I'm so glad you found your calling this year, and so touched by your generosity in choosing to begin with DFS---not many who thought of a career switch would think to find experience through volunteering or dare to leave a successful job on the strength of that. You truly have the heart of a warrior *and* a princess. Your tomboy style, with one foot still in the feminine, intrigues and inspires me. Your thoughtful, tactful comments make me smile.

Dear Kirti, I miss you on YLF. As with Rae, your confidence and thoughtfulness, your firmness on living within your space and means, sometimes make me forget your age --- you are both wiser than your years might suggest, going by contemporaries (however unfairly that stereotype works).

I LOVE that you brought your colourful Indian palette to France with you, and the way you make the simplest silhouette and most casual pieces look special with colour, texture and pattern. You, like Angie, showed me how fab flats can be. And you urged me to 'wear my pretties', leading the way with your small, fits-on-a-screen wardrobe. From you, I learnt that I don't really need 'second-best' clothes to save my better ones.

Happy birthday, you Fab Twins with the infectious grins! May there be joy and success to spare in your changing lives this year.

rae, what hasn't been said already? You're wise, not only in a style sense (though that is incredible) but in your understanding of the big picture. You are living proof that one can be passionate about aesthetics and be committed, an astute observer and a generous friend. I mean, duh, we are all like that here, but you take it to another level. In fact, I love your tenacity and the mile-high standards you set for yourself...sometimes it almost pains to see how frustrated you might get with some aspect like your misbehaving (or not-misbehaving) hair...but then what we take away from it is someone who will not happily settle! And when you nail something, it's like we all enjoy that triumph. I hope to someday incorporate some of that. I love how you are trying to figure out meaning in our clothing choices.

I've also met you in real life, and am very happy to know you. And of course on here, where we're able to "meet up" every day, it's a blast to hear your stories and be inspired by your leaps of faith.
