I slept in this morning, started to undecorate the tree because I'll be out of town on New Year's Day (that's when I usually take it down). I worked from 11 30 to 230. My family stopped in to see me (and meet my boss for the first time) and they brought me a pumpkin donut (yum).
I also stopped in to visit my parents, and they gave me a set of pajamas.
This afternoon I hung out with the kids while Jason went for a run. We have dinner reservations at a favorite local restaurant. It's one of the few restaurants in town that is not a chain.

Jason and I are going to Portsmouth NH on Thursday until Saturday, and Grammy & Papa are taking the kids. I plan on having a massage and spending some QT with hubby.

Bella, I did not get the new cut at my last appt because I wasn't able to access the internet the day of my appointment. I do plan on showing her your cut at my next appt. I know it's hard to beleive how devestating the ice storm was to our community. Some people still don't have cable or internet--but I beleive everyone finally has power. And those of us who were fortunate to get our power back after a few days were all pitching in to help our neighbors and relatives who were still affected. The governor of MA has ordered an investigation into one power company for their failure to handle the emergency.
