Sweet Diane, you are mega fabulous. You’ve been part of this community for years and enrich it daily in your special way. And you bring a little Duran Duran with you, hailing from Birmingham just like they do. You know that scores major points with me - who wanted to marry Simom le Bon at age 16. So before I talk about how wonderful you are - cheers to British ‘80s music.
I love your manners, Diane. You’re awfully polite, supportive, modest and positive. Consistently posting a weekly “Happy Moments” thread is a gift to us all, as is seeing your precious kitty keep you company in your sewing studio. I so appreciate that you comment on every blog post, that you encourage other forum members, that you say nice things, and are extremely diplomatic when you don’t fancy something. That’s wonderfully stylish. You’re a lady. And the grace that comes from inside shines as brightly on the outside.
Your big brown eyes are gorgeously soulful and captivating. They are the first thing I see when I look at your outfits. Your best accessory. You wear shades of coral, brown and white with the best of them, and may I add BF jeans too. You never thought you would - and you are - with panache. How fun is that?
We all wish that we had your killer sewing skills. You are SO talented. Who else on this forum can say: "Oh I love that wool coat. I’m going to whip it up tomorrow”. Unbelievable. We treasure that you share your talents with us and look forward to seeing more of your amazing creations. Your style is all the more killer because you make your wardrobe items yourself. That’s 2014 dressing right there.
Diane, I can’t thank you enough for being you. You are a shining star who spreads her fabness here in bucket loads. Thanks for being kind spirited and just so very lovely. We hope you celebrate the fabness of you on your special day. I think you’re going out with friends - so have a ball.
love Angie xo
