Oh sweet Deb, where do I start with all your fabness? I'm definately going to do you short, but I'll give it a bash anyway :). I think a huge THANK YOU, for your incredible unconditional support, is where I will start. You are one in a billion.
Your loyal YLF participation over the many years has been astounding. To go back to Jasmine's thread - (Our Blog Star who died while we away on a business trip) - two years in a row, on your own, to express your heartfelt concerns for us *absolutely blows my mind*. To remember that, and to act on it is priceless. You understood that Jasmine was "my Kindrex". It's unbelievable.
I will also always remember how you and Kindrex (your amazing daughter), came to my rescue when Glamour over stepped the line. You did not let go and took action. It still wows me daily.
These are two big things that have touched me to the core. But you do so much else that makes you a role model to us all. Your wisdom, kindness, selfless persona, modesty, strength, courage, tenacity, sensitivity, generosity, memory like an elephant, attention to detail, incredible listening skills, ability to empathisze, and killer warmth are sublime. I want to be like you when I grow up.
I've had the pleasure of meeting you and Kindrex in NYC and our time together was too short. You make all those around you feel special no matter who they are. You give so much of yourself, while asking for nothing in return. I treasure your humility and your huge heart. You are an exceptionally wonderful egg, and light up this community in a special way.
