I can't thank you enough for the incredible tone that you use when you participate here. Your family, which includes the fur babies of course, are very lucky to have you shine so brightly in their lives.

We hope that our Queen Sequin, Queen Sparkle, Queen Tennis Shoe, Queen Pink, Queen Pigtail and Queen Magnetic Smile had a glorious birthday! My birthday was on the 17th and it was great. It was a Monday so I actually spent my birthday working but the weekend before was spent celebrating. I danced the night away on Thursday, hubby took me out for a yummy dinner at Texas Roadhouse on Friday, Saturday was a big party with friends and family to celebrate both my father in laws birthday as well as mine and I spent Sunday with family as well. So a great weekend leading up to the actual day.

I got some great presents including a sweet messenger bag, some comfy red jammies, the third Hallmark Twilight ornament for my collection, an awesome cookbook, a MIchigan State Spartans hoodie, my Demonia Creepers I had been wanting forever among other things. I am a spoiled, happy girl!

Cheryl, like others have said, you are a wonderful addition to this community. Happy belated birthday! I feel you are a kindred spirit in that we like to wear things that others might consider age inappropriate. It's people like you are are changing the rules, because you know that individuality and having fun with fashion are what it's all about. As long as we don't overexpose/aren't vulgar, it all works.

CocoLion, we are definitely kindred spirits. I do love to have fun with fashion, but you are right, my version of fun isn't everyones version of fun, haha, but i keep it appropriate I'm always going to dress in what makes me happy. My cousins wife saw my creepers and said, "you are almost too old for that kind of stuff" and I looked at her and smiled and said, "I will never be too old for this stuff"
