(yoooohooo. I'm in Seattle. Antje is in SF. I’ve noticed people sometimes confuse us!)

I’m finished. Finished by what has been shared on this thread *big lump in my throat*.

I had a super day. I volunteered at Dress for Success with a good mate of mine. We’ve been doing this together every Wednesday for almost 5 years. Came home, wrote my blog entry and would have walked our babies but Jasmine had a huge op last week and is on a 4 month recovery period. But we’ve just come back from a fab Sushi supper which was perfect in every way. And I have four birthday High Tea’s booked this month which means loads more birthday celebrations to enjoy.

My sweetie spoils me every birthday and I am grateful. But my biggest gift this year was YOU and your enthusiasm for this forum. Thank you for your passion and compassion. I cannot adequately express how touched I am by your comments, compliments and heartwarming haiku. I’m blown way. Thank you for making my birthday extremely special. As long as you sport PPL’s and leave those wretched basic T-shirts alone, I’m going to have a fabulous year.

I missed Angie's birthday! Happy belated bday Angie! I hope your baby feels better. Well I read about your sprained ankle in the other thread. At least you two can recover together now!

Sorry, I somehow missed this post. Hope your birthday was a good one!

Angie, a very late birthday greeting to you! Thanks for everything you're doing for us!

Volunteering on Dress for Success is such a wonderful thing! Do you have to be a professional to qualify? I'm thinking of doing some volunteer works during my time off and it would be great if I could help out at an organization like Dress for Success.

Thank you, Julia!

You do not need to be a professional fashion person to dress at DFS. Being style savvy helps, which you are so go for it.

I like your new short haircut

I must have missed this too! Hope you had a great birthday Angie, and here's wishing you a wonderful and fun year.

Great, I'll check it out.

And you knew that I had my hair cut even I cut my head off.
