I remember when I first got to YLF (2 years now in January), you had posted a series of outfits. They were each and every one so perfectly styled I couldn't believe it. I hope to get to meet you one day! I have that fantasy Seattle trip planned.... One day, right?

Happy birthday Kari! You were one of the first bloggers I discovered, from your old blog, even before I discovered YLF ... Did I ever tell you that? I have always found your style to be such a breeze. There are no growing pains, no chaos, you just know what works for you and you stick with it, it is amazing. You also accept and love your body at each and every size. I so admire and want to emulate that.
I am very sad I did not get to meet you in person.;( perhaps next year. I still have a SoCal plane ticket.

Having met Kari in person at the YLF meet up on Toronto, I can attest she is as fun and beautiful in the flesh. As my 16 year old DD says, "spicy".

Kari--it was SO nice meeting you two months ago and you are just one of the kindest, most thoughtful, loveliest people I've met.
