I'm pretty clueless as to what to do with those straps (sometimes clear, sometimes not) that come with clothes. I think they are called hanger straps.
Anyhow, do you cut them off or use them to hang your clothes? My YLF Nine West dress has two clear ones on the shoulders and two black ones at the armpits; what do I do with those?
