Has anyone used one of these? Does it work?

I have a tendency to hang my bag on the back of the chair, or put it on the floor. Most of my good bags have big handles so I'm not sure they'll fit on the hook.

Annagybe, I think these are designed primarily for dining out and restaurant tables. I've received one as a gift and it was packaged that way and at a couple VERY posh restaurants, I've been offered the use of one of these for my bag. That said, I don't think I would purchase one for day-to-day use: I tend to load my bags up and would be worried about the handles stretching or getting misshapen if they have to hang on a wire all day. Just my two cents...

I have considered those, and finally considered it's just one more thing to keep track of and lug around and deal with. I don't think my brain can handle it!

My solution has been to not buy any handbags without feet on the bottom, so I can put them on the floor with impunity.

I wouldn't use it for day to day storage, mainly for going out restaurants, bars and coffee shops. But part of me thinks it's a bit high maintenance. I'll have to remember to put in the purse of the day.

Wow! I love the idea of that - but, its not for everyday storage of handbags, right? That's what I'm looking for - a practical and efficient way to store my huge collection of handbags. When I first looked at this - I thought, "that's it!" But, probably not, right?

I've got one of these http://www.clipa.us/ it's heavy duty and thick so leaves no marks on handles no matter the weight of my handbag. I keep it attatched to the handles as I've had them before and forgot to use them this way it's always there ready for use x

I was given a similar, fold-up one as a gift. I do carry it around with me in the plastic pouch I swap into whatever handbag I am using that day. I must admit I am very bad at remembering to use it though!!!!

I have one- keep it in the little zipper part of my handbag and use it often- I get lots of comments on it

We use these at the salon I work at. Each of us stylists have one on our station for our clients to hang their handbag on. That way they don't end up on the floor...very handy! This is not something I would use for everyday storage of my handbags. Some are sturdier than others, but the one you linked to looks like it has a solid base.
