Handbag for spring/summer?

I would like to add a bright color bag or two for spring/summer. I most frequently use a clutch or a satchel but I included one crossbody/shoulder option too.

So here are quite a few, in different colors and styles, that I like and I would love your opinion of them.

I love most of your choices! I have an aversion to the first color, but I like the style. I love the two bright Furla's - but I always favor bright colors! I love the paint splatter clutch so much I might look for one myself! I like the color of the second clutch, but I'm not sure I'd care for the texture. I have no first hand experience with any of the brands. Whatever you choose will be fun!

What's not to love here?! I hear from my handbag savvy friend that Furlas are fantastic handbags. My favourite of the bunch is the Rachel Zoe clutch.

I love the first one! Second choice is the second one. I'm not really a clutch girl except for dress up, so that may be influencing my choices.

I like all of your selections. I am not a huge clutch person due to MOTG and needing all hands. I like 2, 3 and the cobalt cross body in the links.

You picked some very pretty (and colorful) bags. I like the Furla D-light best, but I'm more partial to blues than yellows. Which do you think would go with more in your wardrobe? And have you physically seen any of them? When I'm looking at purses, I'm one of those people that has to actually wear it for a minute or two to see if it would work for me.

Thank you all for your input! I've decided to eliminate all of the clutches I showed, for different reasons. I also eliminated the yellow/citron satchel as it feels a bit dressier than I need for my summer style. And I do have dressier options if needed.

So I am down to these 2, both bright blue:

If you need a larger bag like I do, I'd get #1. Otherwise, I'm loving the Coach bag in that color.

Susie, do you have a strong preference for top handle vs shoulder bag? I am currently not feeling the shoulder bag style for myself so for me, it's a major point of consideration. Just wondering if you have thought about that. Also, size? The difference between 1 and 2 looks significant.

Sorry you didn't love the yellow/citron! I have been loving mine from Boston so was hoping we'd be new bag twins.

I love all of the narrowed down choices. Color wise, I like 1 and 2 the most. I love crossbody bags and the color of the Coach bag, too. I'd go with the style is the one you'd use most.

I love that first blue Furla bag!
The little cross-bodies are cute but they're really a whole different category and would hardly hold anything. That said, I've been carrying a little cross-body bag part of the time lately, and it's really freeing to only carry such a little bag, and it's easier on the arm and shoulders, for sure.

I know my selections probably don't look very cohesive, do they?!

Generally, for work days, I prefer a satchel. I don't have a need to be hands free and it's large enough to toss in an extra item or two that I might need to carry.

For casual weekends, like for shopping and errands, I do like a smaller bag that I can wear on my shoulder or crossbody. I had 2 for fall/winter- black and burgundy- and I was really glad to have them.

So....I might get the blue satchel, more for work, and don't you think I could use it for fall too?

And the Coach could be my wild card because pastel would be different for me!

My vote still goes to the Furla. Every time I see the pic, I want to reach through the screen and touch it. And the color is sooo pretty. If I had that bag in my desk drawer at work, I'd find reasons to open that drawer again and again just so I could look at it

Jewell, I have a u-shaped desk and always set my bag on the desk behind me so I would get to see it often!

I did order the blue satchel. Still thinking about the Coach.

Susie first of all, I love your taste!

Next, I think for you I would pick the Charles Jourdan citron bag for sure, and then one of the cobalt bags, so for variety's sake I am going to go with the clutch.
