I went out dancing downtown last night for Halloween--it was a blast.

This morning I shared this to Facebook, but I think I only know like, two people who might get it. The verbiage, though, reminded me of YLF, and I thought I would share.

"Among all the men-in-drag costumes I saw last night, there was only one who stood out. A Mrs. Robinson wig just jaunty enough to remind me of the one Norman Bates wore to honor his dead mother, a large, floppy Victorian hair bow, an on-trend unbelted shirt dress in a dark neutral color, and sensible flats.

She can go anywhere in that outfit! She can climb a fence from the cops, she can spill wine on her dress. She won't even have to worry where her things are because she can conceal a small crossbody purse under her dress. Such a lesson on smart occasion dressing."
