I decided to try two Angie picks from the half-yearly sale: the Rag and Bone dre bf jeans and the AGL patent oxfords. The Dres were a bust: I got the 25 (26 or 27 were out of stock), and they fit like skinny jeans on me which isn't really the point.
I ordered both the lipstick patent and the grey patent (a separate color not in Angie's post). Unfortunately Nordstrom sent a semi-mislabeled 38 instead of a 36 (the box is labeled both 38 and 36 in different places but the shoes are 38 for sure) for the red ones so those are out. Plus the color is lovely but would probably clash with my colorful clothes. I think I'm keeping the grey though.
Off to return the jeans and shoes to Nordstrom rack...I only recently learned they take Nordstrom returns.
